Bhardwaj Ashram, about 4 kilometers from Prayagraj Junction, is a mythological site belonging to Maharishi Bhardwaj. It is believed that during the Vanagam, Lord Rama was given education and guidance by Maharishi Bhardwaj here. After the victory of Lanka, when Lord Rama was returning to Ayodhya, Maharishi also provided him with aircraft.
