Places to Visit in Firozabad: There are five places in Firozabad which testify to the ancient history here. Fort and walls are still present here today. People come from far and wide to see them. The same archeology department also oversees them.
Located in Kotla, Firozabad, this fort is quite ancient, which was built by Kunwar Umrai Singh about five hundred years ago. After him his elder son Kushal Pal Singh was made the king of the princely state of Kotla. To keep the fort safe, many strong bourgeois were built on which cannons were kept. During the British rule, Raja Kushal Pal Singh was also made the Minister of Education in 1933. This fort is very big and tourists from far and wide come to visit here.
This fort is present in Chandrawar, located on the banks of Yamuna, about 12 km from Firozabad. This fort was built by the son of King Chandrasen in the 13th century. Not only Firozabad but tourists come from far and wide to see the fort and draw selfies.
A wall of Rapadi located on Shikohabad Bateshwar road is known as a historic building. Its history is about 800 years old. Rapadi was founded by Rao Zorawar Singh on the banks of Yamuna. After this, Mohammad Gauri attacked and took over it, after which this wall is still present in the form of remains. There are also many tourists to visit here.
Firoz Shah’s tomb remains near the bus stand in Firozabad. Its history is around 1566 AD. It was the Mansabdar of Mughal ruler Akbar who settled the city and still remains his tomb here, which tourists come here to see.
Labhua village in Shikohabad, Firozabad has been a symbol of the heritage of King Maharaja. Even today, the fort of Rajput rulers is present here. The legacy here has been between 1794 AD to 1880 AD. Here the descendants of the Rajput rulers still look after it. This place is considered very famous for the same history lovers.
