There are 3 chariots in this journey, one chariot is of Lord Jagannath, the second is of Balaramji and the third is of Subhadra ji.

The secret of Shri Jagannath Temple
Sri Jagannath Temple was built in the 12th century which is dedicated to Jagannath, the incarnation of Lord Vishnu. The architecture of this temple is very special. The carving done here is very beautiful. It is said that there are many mysterious events in this temple. The flag above this temple waves in the opposite direction of the wind. There is no shadow on the land of the dome of the temple. Sleeping on the third ladder of this temple does not have to go to Yamlok. At the same time, the Gundicha temple is considered to be the home of Lord Jagannath’s aunt Gundicha. The architecture here is also amazing.

Konark Temple and Chilka Lake Round
Konark Sun Temple is 35 km from Puri. This is a historical temple which was built by King King Narasimha Dev I in the 13th century. This temple has been built in such a way that the first ray of the sun in the morning enters its main sanctum sanctorum. This temple is built of black granite stone on which time, weather and life cycle is shown. At the same time, there is Chilka Lake in Satpada, 50 km from Puri. It is the largest lake of salt water in Asia. Dolphins can be seen here enjoying boating.

How to reach Puri
Jagannath Rath Yatra is famous worldwide. Special trains are being run for people in reaching here, for this. Many trains like Shri Jagannath Express, Puri Express stop at Puri railway station. The temple is 3 km from here. On the other hand, if someone wants to reach by flight, then for this, you will have to land at Biju Patnaik International Airport of Bhubaneswar. Puri is 60 km from here. Taxi will take up to 2 thousand rupees. Buses from Bhubaneswar also run till Puri.
