This ancient well is a symbol of the magnificent architecture of the Nizam era. It is made in square shape and two stairs have been made at three levels to reach its depth. It also had four arches, which have now been destroyed over time. Today this stepwell is in a shabby position and is a victim of neglect. The site is located in Telpur, about eleven kilometers from the main Gachibovali region, which falls in a narrow street near Dilawar Shah Begum Mosque. This glimpse of history and heritage is still waiting to be preserved.
The locals reported that this well with a capacity of 30,00,000 liters used to benefit the members of the mosque, schools, residential and community sector as well as help in irrigation and storage. Now only known as a heritage.
