Why is the valley of flowers special
The valley of Valley of Flowers or Flowers is no less than a paradise. This place has been declared by UNESCO World Heritage Site. This place opens from June to October and thousands of people from the country and the world reach here. More than 500 species of flowers are seen here. Many colored flowers including red, blue, yellow, purple, pink are seen lying on the mountains like carpets. Many rare flowers and herbs are also found here. Historians believe that earlier people of Bhotia tribe lived at this place. The discovery of this Valley, British climber Frank S.K. Smith did it. He gave it the name of Valley of Flowers after seeing the beauty of this place. He also wrote a book at this place.
The valley of flowers is about 3500 meters above sea level. This place is very calm. People reach here to see the beauty of nature. To reach this valley, one has to walk for several kilometers. After a long journey, when people reach this place, all the fatigue goes away in a few seconds. This place is paradise for nature lovers. Many wild animals also roam here. The Valley of Flowers Nanda Devi comes in the Biosphere Reserve. It is not allowed to stay here at night.

Tracking will have to be done up to 5 kilometers from Ghangharia
Those who want to reach this valley, they will have to reach Rishikesh before Delhi or other places. You have to go to Govindghat from this place. It is 270 km from Rishikesh. The valley of flowers is near Badrinath Dham. To reach here, one has to reach Ghangharia via Bhundar on the banks of Pushpavati river from Govindghat town. People can get hotels or guest houses in Ghangharia itself. There is a 5 km track to reach the valley of flowers from here. That is, it takes a day to move to reach this Valley.
Online-Offline gets permit
To get into the valley of flowers, one has to take permits from the government. Without this you do not get admission. Permits can be found in both online and offline methods. For online permits, you have to visit the official site of the Government of Uttarakhand. On https://valleyoffflower.uk.gov.in you will have to upload your ID frof, photo and rest of the details. Save it on mobile as soon as you get an e-card. Also take out the print together. Registration fees have to be deposited for this. This fee is Rs 200 for Indians and Rs 800 for foreign tourists. At the same time, you have to reach the offline permit Ghangharia and take it from the forest check post. All documents will have to be submitted here too.
