How much was it spent for one night stay?
It was not a matter of common tourist bus to stay at Hilton Hotel. The hotel was popular among high-profile guests, business tycoon and foreign tourists. According to reports, the cost of staying here a night used to come from about ₹ 15,000 to ₹ 25,000 Indian rupees (about 24,000 to 40,000 NPR in Nepali currency). The price of premium suites and luxury rooms was even higher, in which private butler and exclusive service were provided with all modern facilities. The manner in the way the protesters in Nepal got angry on the streets, the prestigious hotel like Hilton also suffered. On seeing this, this five -star hotel was engulfed in flames and the entire building was covered with black smoke. This incident is not only harmful for Nepal’s economy, but will also have a big impact on the tourism industry.
