Danger situation due to water filling
DFO Rohtas Stalin Fidal Kumar said that almost all the springs of Rohtas Forest Division are arising out of excessive water and flooding. He said that this decision has been taken to ensure the safety of the people due to the sudden rise in water level and strong current, so this decision has been taken to ensure the safety of the people.

He has specially appealed to the people not to go to any waterfall or mountainous area until the flood situation is normal, as well as pay full attention to the warnings of the Meteorological Department. Officials say that at present, taking any kind of risk in the springs and surrounding areas and high water level can prove fatal.

Local people are also worried due to heavy rains and springs in spate. Many people are in safe places with their families while the administration is constantly monitoring the area. The Forest Department and the district administration have repeatedly alerted visitors to remain only in authorized and safe areas. The administration also informed that as soon as the rain is less and the water level is normal, appropriate steps will be taken to open the tourist places. Currently, safety of tourists and locals is a priority. Officials said that the environment around the springs is sensitive due to heavy rains and cyclone, so people did not take any kind of risk.
In this way, caution has been increased in tourist destinations due to weather and natural situation in Rohtas and in the coming days, entry will continue till the situation becomes normal.
