Manjhar Kund is a beautiful waterfall located in the Kaimur hill chain of Rohtas district of Bihar, which is located in the direction of about 10 km west of the city of Sasaram. This Kund is present in the foothills of the Rohtasgarh Fort and flows from the hill rocks as a falling stream. Due to natural greenery, cold air and clean water, this place is quite famous among the local people. This sector is also full of potential in terms of ‘Eco Tourism’.

If you want to go to Manjhar Kund from Sasaram city, then first you have to go towards Dehri Road. From there, a path comes out from Darigaon Mor which will take you straight to the hills of Kaimur. This route is mainly rural, so it will be convenient to go by bike or jeep. A distance of the last two kilometers has to be covered by the waterfall, which is a slight climbing, but its view removes fatigue in the moment.
